Day 01: Delhi to Kathgodam (by train) to Nainital/Bhimtal
Reach from Delhi by train (5013 / Ranikhet Express) to Kathgodam. Drive by car to Bhimtal / Nainital. Nainital is most famous tourists place in the India. Every year many tourists reach Nainital to feel its cold climate and watch its majestic lake. Nainital is 1,938 mtrs. Above from the see level. In Nainital you can enjoy Boating, Water sport, Horse riding, Trekking and many other activities. Stay in pre booked hotel at Nainital.
Day 02: Nainital / Bhimtal
After breakfast you go to cover sight seen of Nainital.
Hanuman Garhi – This place is famous for the temple of Hanuman and view of the Sunset. Hanuman Mandir made by Baba Neem Kiroli. The temple is at the top of hill. This place is waking distance to Nainital.
Naina Devi Temple – The Naina Devi temple is dedicated to wife of lord Shiva (Parvati) also called to be eyes of sati. In the August/September a big festival honour of Nanda Devi. The original Nanda Devi temple was destroyed in 1880 and than rebuilt. In the near of temple a small market of Tibetan for sells many interesting items.
Naini Lake – Naini Lake shape look like the eye. It is surround by the green hills. Naini Lake is famous for the Water sport, and Boating. The Nainital town is located around the Naini Lake. Naina Peak – Naina peak is also known as China Peak. This is the highest point in Nainital. From the Naina Peak Nainital look like bowl. You can trek or take hours riding to the peak. In this point you can capture the most beautiful views of Nainital. Night Stay at Nainital.
Day 03: Nainital
Today, you will proceed on a half-day excursion of Himalaya Darshan & Khurpatal. This morning, enjoy an excursion to the lakes which includes Sat Tal, a group of seven lakes including the famous Jade Green Garud Lake, the larger Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal.
Horse Riding – Horse Riding is the best option to visit many famous place of Nainital like Mall, Tiffin top, Kilburi. You can hire the horses and ponies at the Mallital. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a cable car ride till the Snow View Point.
Snow View point – This place is situated at height of 2280 meter from the sea level. You can arrive this place by the ropeway or the Horse riding available at the Mallitaal.
Zoo Gardens – Nainital has a very beautiful Zoo. There are many animals like Bears, Tigers, Deer’s and many more. In the zoo you can arrive by foot and hired taxi. Rest of the evening is free to stroll on the Mall road / Tibetan Mala Bazaar and shop for the famous wax candles.
Evening drive to Kausani hill station from Almora. You can see the view of Himalaya from your hotel. Overnight Stay at Kausani
Day 04: Kausani
Pant Museum – A little bit distance of your hotel is a museum named is Sumitranandan Pant. This museum is childhouse house of Sumitranandan Pant.
Baijnath – Baijnath was built thousands of year ago. This is historical place of Uttranchal. It is just 17 kms from the Kausani. Some old temple also present in here.
Lakshmi Ashram – this Ashram is very famous for his history. This place is a center for who doing the social service. Sarala Behen spent her whole life here doing social service. In the evening return back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel. (If possible, try to see Bageshwar (Bagnath temple), which is 42kms away from Almora). Night Stay at Kausani.
Day 05: Kasauni to Ranikhet to Kathgodam
In morning drive to Ranikhet from Kasauni. You can cover various sight seen like Chaubatia, Jhoola Devi, Ram Mandir, Upat & Kalika (Golf Course).
Evening drive to Kathgodam railway station. Night boarding at train.
